An ancient Roman marble Antonine Period fragmentary face of a male youth with tousled hair, idealized features, full lips and drilled eyes.
Ca. late 2nd century AD.
The style and depiction is very similar to that of the young emperor Marcus Aurelius.
Formerly in the Barbara Walters collection, New York, acquired in 1990.
