An ancient Egyptian painted limestone raised relief fragment depicting the head and shoulder of a man in profile facing right, before him is a column of Hieroglyphic text, reading, “imy-r per,” steward, with an incomplete name beginning “Khenty.”
First Intermediate Period – Middle Kingdom, 10th – 11th Dynasty.
Ca. 2100 – 1900 BC.
Khenty-Kety was a popular male name in the First Intermediate Period.
