An ancient Roman silver spoon (cochlearium) with an almond shaped, scooped bowl supported by a long slender handle with an incised scroll pattern at the join, tapering to a point.

Ca. 1st - 3rd century AD.
Length: 5 5/8 in. (14.3 cm).
Intact.
