Etruscan Bronze TuranAn ancient Etruscan bronze statuette of Turan, she wears a long garment which she holds in her left hand, and a pointed cap on her head. Ca. 5th century BC. Turan was the Etruscan goddess of love, fertility and vitality and patroness of the city of Velch. Turan was commonly associated with birds such as the dove, goose and above all the swan,.
