A group of five ancient Hellenistic Greek terracotta plaques depicting a battle between Macedonians and Persians. The Macedonian figure wears a linen cuirass and the Persians wear flowing hooded garments.

Ca. 330-300 BC.
Maximum height: 7 1/4 in. (18 cm).
Formerly in a the F. K. collection, California, acquired in the 1990's from a previous collection.
