A Pre-Columbian Macaracas (Cocle) circular gold disc pendant with convex center. The disc is embellished with two bands of small bosses on the narrow rim with a pair of suspension holes at the edge.

Panama, Macaracas.
Ca. 800-1000 AD.
Diameter: 5 3/8 in. (13.6 cm); weight: 24.6 grams.
