A large Danish Neolithic gray hard stone double axe head, of the boat-axe type, drilled through the center with a shaft hole.

Found in Denmark, Gelsted, Dorf Sondergarde.
Ca. 3000 - 2000 BC.
Length: 6 1/2 in. (16.5 cm).
Formerly in the family collection of Alf Roersen, found at Gelsted, Dorf Sondergarde, Denmark in 1957.
