Diameter: 6 1/4 in. (16 cm).

I have made you swear, male lili and female lili who accompanies
Zurvandad son of Mammarya, that you not appear to him as a related or unrelated woman,
nor sit at his right side or at his lift side, nor sleep with them.
neither in a dream of the night nor in a dream (lit. sleep) of the day, nor show yourself to them in any form at the threshold of the house
of this Zurvandad son of Mammarya, I am sent, bury and seal sockets and doors, that neither a male lill nor a female lili may have intercourse with them.
This amulet is written, validated and given force, and may it be by the great arm upon which are supported the earth and the sky, and
the great name yhh YHWH Sabaoth is explicity written upon it. This amulet is valid and by it the lilith departs from the dwelling of this Zurvandad. Furthermore, I have made you swear, male lili
and female lili, by El, by Shaddai, by Yah, by Sabaoth, by the Eternal Rock, by the Dweller of the Heavens, by the King of the Universe, who rules upon his throne of glory and fire comes out from beneath
his throne of glory, and he utters the names of everything from his mouth. From (the utterances of) his mouth the angels are in fear and they go out from beneath his throne of glory and do his will. The dwelling of this Zurvandad son of
Mammarya is sealed at its door, their clothing and all the comers of his garment. His door is sealed during his entrance and his exit. Sealed is his bed, his bedroom on its four sides. 'yxwr bmpsyd
