Judaean Oil Lamp

An ancient Judaean pottery oil lamp with a handle, a beaded design around the center, a menorah-like image near the spout, and impressed designs on the bottom.

Ca. 6th century AD.
Length: 4 1/8 in. (10.5 cm).

A full lamp of this type would burn for two or three hours.
