Syrian Terracotta Cylinder Seal

An ancient Syrian terracotta cylinder seal with a scene of a winged horse with a curled tail behind a man with a long kilt who holds the tail of a horizontal birdman. A rabbit leaps above him.

Ca. 1800-1500 BC.
Height: 7/8 in. (2.2 cm).
