An ancient Egyptian blue-green faience lidded offering cup with an inscribed cartouche of Ptolemy I or Ptolemy II, and Hieroglyphs naming the contents of the vessel.

Ptolemaic Period, reign of Ptolemy I or II,
Ca. 305-246 BC.
Height: 2 1/2 in. (6.3 cm).
Intact.

These offering cups contained the various sacred perfumed oils that were used during both funeral and daily rites.
