An ancient Cypriot limestone bust of a warrior wearing a peaked conical, pilos type helmet.

Ca. 530-500 BC.
Height: 6 3/4 in. (17.2 cm).

Formerly in the collection of Frank and Arlene Jones, purchased from licensed antiquities dealer, P. Kolokasides, Nicosia, Cyprus in 1963, accompanied by a copy of receipt and export license (no. 2197).
