Judaean Pottery Jug

An ancient Judaean buff-ware pottery jug with a beaked lip and rounded base.

The Levant.
Middle Bronze Age IIB, ca. 1730-1550 BC.
Height: 5 1/8 in. (14.2 cm).

This early form of pottery makes a great gift. It is well potted with a simple yet interesting design. The base makes for easy display.
